The Mary Raftery Journalism Fund was honoured to have Mary Norris speak at our recent launch. Mrs Norris was one of the incredibly brave people who spoke to Mary as part of her investigations into abuses at the Magdalene Laundries and other church-run institutions for the documentary ‘Suffer Little Children’. The pair remained close up to the journalist’s death.
